Mariah is the owner and founder of LIFT Studio Maui. Her coaching journey began in 2019 when she started training women at local parks. Her goal was to reach more women at once so she started her women's only strength training classes and LIFT was born!
Mariah is a mom to two, and you'll sometimes see her daughters make guest appearances in class. Back is her favorite thing to train.
Kayleena has always lived an active lifestyle. As a child and teen she was an active gymnast and cheerleader. In adulthood she began strength training as a client at LIFT. Her journey influenced her to become a coach with us so she could help other women who wanted to make fitness a keystone in their lives.

Caye is a coach in our strength and cardio program at LIFT. Her background began with gymnastics at a young age, and over time transformed into aerial arts, as well as traditional strength training. She began personal training in 2021, and loves helping out clients in either a class or one on one setting.

Evy is our Pilates Princess - and a strength training baddie. She started pilates to strengthen her core and back. She fell in love immediately and her goal is to show women how pilates can support your strength training, not replace it.
Our boxing queen! Coach Lauren has years of experience in and out of the ring. She's a competitive athlete with a goal to inspire her clients to remain disciplined and dedicated to their journey.
