Join us for a lower body strength training session. We will walk you through a traditional gym leg day, using sets, reps, and allowing you to rest properly between exercises. All of our classes are beginner friendly, no previous strength training experience necessary! Our goal as coaches is to teach you proper form and get you comfortable in a gym environment. Upper Mix!
Join us for an upper body strength training session. We will walk you through a traditional back and bicep day, using sets, reps, and allowing you to rest properly between exercises. Training upper body is so empowering for us women and we want you show YOU that you are capable of loving these upper body days and that women don't only train legs (; All of our classes are women only and beginner friendly, no previous strength training experience necessary! Core And Cardio!
Coach Mariah has taught this class for years! All our coaches add their own spice and spin to it. This class is always core focused with bursts of cardio. Minimal equipment and a full body workout. These classes are great to help in recovery from our lifting classes as we're doing mostly body weight exercises. All fitness levels are welcome. We will adjust movements to meet you where you're at in your fitness journey.
