All Levels Welcome

Whether you're brand new to strength training or have some experience under your belt, our classes are designed with you in mind. Every session is beginner-friendly and adaptable to all fitness levels, so you can progress at your own pace with the support of knowledgeable coaches and a motivating community.

Monday

5:15AM, 8:00AM, 9:15AM, 4:30PM, 5:30PM

BOOTY PUMP.

Join us for a lower body strength training session. We will walk you through a traditional gym leg day, using sets, reps, and allowing you to rest properly between exercises. Our goal as coaches is to teach you proper form and get you comfortable in a gym environment. We help you build confidence and strength every session.


*All of our classes are beginner friendly, no previous strength training experience necessary! 


Tuesday

5:15AM, 8:00AM, 9:15AM, 4:30PM, 5:30PM

UPPER BODYODYODY.

Join us for an upper body strength training session. This workout will be push and pull exercise focused. Using sets, reps, and allowing you to rest properly between exercises. Training upper body is so empowering for us women and we want you show YOU that you are capable of loving these upper body days and that women don't only train legs!


*All of our classes are beginner friendly, no previous strength training experience necessary! 


Wednesday

8:00AM

CORE & CARDIO with Coach Caye

All our coaches add their own spice and spin to it. This class is always core focused with bursts of cardio. Minimal equipment and a full body workout. These classes are great to help in recovery from our lifting classes as we're doing mostly body weight exercises. All fitness levels are welcome. We will adjust movements to meet you where you're at in your fitness journey.

STRETCH WITH US with Coach Caye

Coach Caye uses her years of aerial and gymnastics to guide us through a stretch session. This class with help you improve mobility and flexibility, which with transfer over to your lifting sessions.

5:30PM

PILATES

Join Coach Evy for our newest class addition! This isn’t your average Pilates class. This is a strength-supporting, recovery-boosting session designed specifically for women who lift.


In this class, we’ll focus on:
• Deep core activation to support heavy lifts
• Mobility and control for better movement patterns
• Body awareness that transfers directly to the barbell
• Recovery-focused movement to reduce soreness and prevent injury

We’ll focus on sharpening your striking skills by learning correct striking form, understanding the specifics and importance of footwork, and drilling the best combos.
