Booty Pump is your go-to lower-body strength day. Expect a traditional leg-day workout with structured sets, reps, and rest — plus coaching that helps you move well, lift safely, and build confidence every time you show up.

Upper Bodyodyody is a full upper-body strength class focused on building strength in your back, shoulders, chest, arms — and core.
You’ll train through a structured workout using sets, reps, and proper rest, with coaching that helps you feel confident, capable, and strong. This class is all about showing women that upper-body days are powerful — and that you’re absolutely capable of loving them.

Coach Caye uses her years of aerial and gymnastics to guide us through a stretch session. This class with help you improve mobility and flexibility, which with transfer over to your lifting sessions.
