Mariah began her coaching journey in 2019, training friends and family out of her home gym. As her passion for empowering women through strength grew, so did her community — and it quickly became clear that her vision needed more space.
For several years, Mariah led women’s strength training classes at Empower Fitness in Wailuku, coaching hundreds of women and laying the foundation for what would become the LIFT community. In 2024, she opened LIFT Studio Maui, creating a space designed specifically for women to build strength, confidence, and belief in themselves.
As both a coach and a mom of two, Mariah understands the realities of balancing fitness, family, and real life. Her mission with LIFT is simple: to help women discover their strength — physically and mentally — and carry it into every part of life.

COACH
Kayleena has always lived an active lifestyle. Growing up, she was a competitive gymnast and cheerleader, and as an adult she found her way into strength training as a client at LIFT.
Through her own fitness journey, Kayleena discovered the impact that structured strength training can have on confidence, consistency, and everyday life — which inspired her to become a coach and help other women make fitness a lasting part of their routine.
As a mom of three girls (and lots of chickens), Kayleena understands the balance of family, work, and taking care of yourself. She brings relatability, encouragement, and energy to every class.

Caye is a strength and cardio coach at LIFT with a background rooted in gymnastics that evolved into aerial arts, pole, and traditional strength training.
She has been coaching for years and began personal training in 2021, bringing a unique approach that blends functional strength, control, and movement that carries over both in the gym and in the air. Caye is passionate about helping clients build real strength, whether in a class setting or through one-on-one coaching.
Outside of the gym, she’s a stepmom to two teenage daughters, a dog mom to two fur babies, and a performer here on Maui — proof that strength can be both powerful and expressive.
