About Lift Open gym membership

Become a LIFT Member and take your training into your own hands! During non-class hours, you’ll get private access to the gym with your own entry code, the ability to follow our LIFT program on your own schedule through the app, and the opportunity to connect with your coaches daily for support and guidance.

You will have simple opening set-up and closing clean up task. Open gym members must follow along with LIFT program.
